Always pleased with sowmans work. Doesn't matter if you get Ben Pete or max all are great at there job and all are very pleasant. Jo is also quick to reply to any questions you may have in the office. I would recommend this firm to anyone one who needs a good plumber.
B Sowman have just completed a bathroom conversion into a shower room for my elderly mum. We are very pleased with the quality of the workmanship and the team doing the work were prompt, courtious and very professional. All work was completed on time and we cannot recommend them highly enough

Great service, quick and efficient. I phoned for a quote for a couple of plumbing and heating issues. Someone came to have a look, and I received the quote by email, very quickly. The young man who came to do the work was pleasant, knowledgeable and respectful. He happily explained what he was doing. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this firm.

I have just had an emergency call out from Sowman Plumbing and Heating. It was a very positive experience and Ben arrived when he said he would. Ben was very friendly and explained the work he did and part he replaced. He ensured everything was fully tested and that the tenants were happy before he left. We will definitely use Sowman Plumbing and Heating again for emergency and scheduled works. Thank you.

We use Ben and his team for boiler service and repairs over a couple of properties we've also used them to supply and install wet room we found they listened well to our needs and supplied and installed everything to a high standard highly recommend!

Poor customer service.. feels like too much effort and a real inconvenience to be onsite and working...
